What a trade show DJ costs in Germany.
My fee is public. What comes on top depends on where the fair is and what your stand already has. Here is how a quote is put together.

What comes on top
Travel and accommodation. I am based in Dortmund and play at fairs all over Germany. Düsseldorf, Cologne or Essen mean little travel, Munich or Berlin more, and several days include a hotel. Travel is a separate line in your quote.
Equipment. Many stands already have a sound system for presentations. If it works for music, there is no extra cost. If not, equipment is a separate line.
GEMA. Music at a booth has to be licensed with GEMA by the exhibitor. It is not part of my fee. See Music at a trade fair booth in Germany.
How to get a number
Send me the fair, the date and the format. I send you a quote as its own web page as soon as possible, with every line item and a button to accept. The booking becomes binding with my confirmation.
